Commercial Cleaning Technician We are looking for a person who:

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate in English and Bilingual preferred
- Education and work history that demonstrates strong work ethic and responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Must care about quality
- Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace
- Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds
- Physically able to be on feet, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, pull, push, kneel, and crouch during an entire shift
- Must be reliable and have own transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
