Job Summary:- Position: Commercial Concrete Estimator- Location: Raleigh, NC- Type: Full-time- Requires concrete experience in commercial projects- Role focuses on evaluating bid specifications and drawings to develop winning bids for commercial construction- Preparation of concrete construction estimates including footings, poured walls, flatwork, and PostTension design elements- Responsible for developing strong relationships with General Contractors- Ensuring complete understanding of bid process and requirements, including necessary site visits- Submitting full bid process from drawing receipt to final iteration of bid submission- Requirements include a BS in Construction Management or 3 years of experience in reading drawings and developing quotes- Must be proficient in Auto CAD and/or Plan Swift, Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel- Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills- Self-motivated, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks under time pressure- Professional and polished appearance is required.
