Commercial Construction Estimator Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
• A degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to oversee project profit and loss, and provide accurate margin projections.
• Experience managing estimates across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong collaboration skills with clients, architects, and design teams.
• Expertise in tracking, pricing, and negotiating cost changes.
