Job Description:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues.
  • Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, LEED, etc.) are a plus.
