Our success also allows us to contribute our organization's time and financial resources both locally and globally.We seek to hire a Commercial Construction Site Superintendent willing to travel to oversee and manage construction projects in Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas. The Construction Site Superintendent will work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are on schedule and on/under budget, and that customer satisfaction is always achieved. The Superintendent will also have a successful track record of driving results through good judgment and exceptional problem solving. Responsibilities include managing the construction site from start to finish, including setting up the job trailer, organizing lay-down areas, posting all required safety postings, scheduling all the subcontractors, and coordinating the completion of all punch list work for successful project execution and completion.
