Construction Superintendent Qualifications

• 5 years of Commercial Construction experience, experience with but not limited to: Educational, Office, Retail, Restaurant, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial or large Multifamily (150 units)
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and oversee projects
• Sound knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Strong team building skills
• Proficient in reading and analyzing blueprints and contract documents
• Familiarity with construction-related software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with clients, the public, subcontractors, and suppliers.
