A growing Healthtech based in NYC is looking to bring on a Commercial Counsel as the second Legal hire on their team. In this position, you will provide counsel on a wide range of contracts matters, with a focus in Healthcare contracts, SaaS/IT agreements, and privacy related contract work.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 4+ years of Commercial Counsel experience, specifically within the Healthtech space.
• Barred in good standing.
