The roleWe are looking for an experienced and well-rounded commercial attorney to be the primary legal support for Watershed's growing U.S. Sales team. As a key member of the Legal and Sales organizations, you will participate in and take ownership of decisions affecting the Sales process and Watershed licensing strategy, and must have an excellent track record for practical, creative, and business-focused legal guidance and drafting. Given the speed at which we are growing and the many hats we each still wear, speed, responsiveness, and flexibility are critical in this role.
As an early member of the Legal team, you will work cross-functionally with every part of the business, including partnering with key leaders on the Operating Staff and the sales team. Watershed has offices in New York and San Francisco, and we are ideally looking for someone who can work primarily from either SF or NY.
