Summary
To compile accurate credit history from various sources on Commercial Loan Customers/Applicants. Prepare weekly and monthly loan approval reports.

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Business school or experience with banking software is a plus
* Previous banking experience with emphasis on lending is a plus
* 10-Key Calculator experience and typing 50 wpm
* Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
* AS400 knowledge would be helpful
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Good customer service skills
Primary Activities

* Performs complex clerical work of a varied nature, making required minor decisions in situations such as:
* Obtain credit information from various agencies and internal bank sources.
* Compile a typed credit report and relationship summary on EXCEL.
* Release credit information to authorized persons.
* Order Credit Safe reports as requested in connection with a credit request.
* Update all special mention and classified balances on a quarterly basis to enable Lender to update changes in the last quarter for discussion of the credit/borrower with Loan Review Manager, Chief Credit Officer and Chief Credit Administrator.
* Gather information to prepare and distribute various reports on a monthly or quarterly basis.
* Copy loan request presentations for consideration of approval by the Officer Loan Committee on a weekly basis and for the Director's Loan Committee on a monthly basis.
