Working in our Antigo or De Pere office, this individual will underwrite new business loan requests, renewals, annual reviews and prepare credit analysis and risk rating packages.

Job Duties

+ Assist in analyzing financial statements, preparing credit presentations, monitoring ongoing financial information and performing loan reviews

+ Ensure commercial lending functions operate within the regulations and policies of the credit union

+ Prepare credit presentations utilizing financial statement software and spreadsheets

+ Research UCC filings, DFI records, credit bureaus, and environmental records

+ Assist Commercial Lenders by gathering credit information on existing and prospective members

+ Assist Commercial Lenders with ongoing portfolio monitoring by preparing annual reviews, loan renewals, and monitoring required credit information

Qualifications

+ Bachelors degree preferred, associates degree in accounting, finance, or similar related field, or equivalent experience

+ 2 to 3 years of analyst experience, or related experience, preferred

+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Software

+ An understanding of accounting concepts and how to apply them to financial statement analysis

+ Strong reasoning ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis

+ Able to work effectively with others in a cooperative and collective environment
