DescriptionZito Media is looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute equipment promptly to our technicians in the field.Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes using GPS coordinates or street addresses
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
- Driver will be on-call for last minute deliveries that arise.
- May need to drive in adverse weather conditions, nights & weekends as needed.
- Assist field technicians with installation of network equipment when driver services are not needed.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as become evident.
RequirementsRequirements
- Must be reliable and responsible.
- Must have a valid/active driver's license.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good driving record without any traffic violations
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test immediately upon being hired.
- High school degree or equivalent GED.
- Able to work a variety of schedules in order to provide needed coverage, for both normal duty and on-call duty.
