Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join us as a Franchise Partner for our operations in France. As a Franchise Partner, you will lead the development and growth of our HR services business in the French market. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for business development, client management, and HR services to own and operate a franchise under our established international brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a strategic business plan to grow our client base and expand market presence in France.

  • Financial Management: Manage the franchise's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on performance metrics, market trends, and growth opportunities to the company's head office.
