Pay: Starting at $42,000.00+Are you a detail-oriented individual that enjoys defining problems, collecting data, and resolving issues? Do you want to work for a company that cares about your future? As a Commercial Documentation Analyst in Warsaw, IN, you will:
- Work with the lenders, loan administrators and the credit department to ensure the appropriate approvals are obtained and the loan structure in the approval matches the request for loan documents.
- Prepare legal loan documents in accordance with the bank's loan policy and federal regulations.
Basic Qualifications Include:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a field demonstrating strength of reading and analytical skills; or equivalent work experience.
- Paralegal experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of commercial loans, mortgages line of credit, participations and back accounting transactions to assist officers as applies to documentation, collateral, and billing problems.
- Personal computer competency with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
