Our Ballston Spa Location is currently looking to immediately find a Commercial Door Specialist!

Responsible for the development and growth of our commercial door business by engaging the architectural and commercial builder communities. Increase market awareness and gain substantial market share within a defined geographic region. This position will coordinate with branch management and sales.

$24 - $26 per hour starting rate depending on experience!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Growth and Development

• Drive and expand our commercial and residential door business by developing strong business relationships with architects, outside sales, and builders
• Partner with our outside contractor sales and management to grow existing customer's door business, to assist with product selection, and to develop and open new customers and markets
• Lead and support customers through the complete selling cycle to include specification analysis, proper product identification, bidding, installation
• Work with Outside sales to drive our product specifications and/or work with customers to recommend alternate products and re-drive specifications with the client
• Quote follow up- quote to order conversion
• Leverage resources to identify job leads and business opportunities
• Represent the company at promotional functions and other builder associations
• Extensive Sales Knowledge of all window product lines with effective Closing Technique
• Other duties may be assigned
