Phase 1 Electrical Services Inc. is seeking a Part-Time, Per Project or Full-Time Commercial Electrical Estimator to support Hamilton County and the surrounding areas. This person will play a crucial role in estimating commercial projects. Projects include but are not limited to: New Builds or Existing Commercial Buildings, Warehouses, Retail Space and Multi-Unit Dwellings. This person will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, take-offs, construction best practices and cost estimation principles. Ideally this person will have 3 years of experience in Electric Services and/or Electrical Estimating Phase 1 Electrical Service Inc. is a family owned and operated business that has been providing reliable electrical services for over 11 years. Responsibilities Project Evaluation: Conduct site visits to gather information including but not limited to existing conditions, project plans and requirements, specifications, and scope of the ; Material Labor and Cost Estimations : Analyze labor requirements, estimate quantity and cost of materials efficiently, understand industry trends and any other financial considerations based on the ; Bid Preparation : Prepare and present a comprehensive, competitive, and accurate bid for the ; Documentation : Maintain detailed and organized records of estimates and project ; Compliance: Ensure cost estimates incorporate any compliance standards, site regulations/permits and contractual ; Customer Service : Effectively communicate with customers, employees and any subcontractors involved with the project. Ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of the ; Building Relationships: Build strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new customer accounts to drive business growth. Overall Skillset: This person will be detail oriented, analytical, and have ability to work collaboratively.
