We are currently working with an excellent commercial Contractor based in Houston, Tx, who are looking for a Commercial Estimator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate estimates for projects, ensuring that project goals are met within the given budget. This involves providing precise cost estimates and considering all of the project requirements. The Estimator will also be responsible for developing and managing relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and partners to ensure the best value for the client.

Skills/Requirements

• Proven experience in providing estimates for Commercial construction projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Glazing or glass estimating experience 3+ years (MUST HAVE)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
• Familiarity with the building codes and regulations of the local area
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and labor costs

On Offer:

• Base salary - $90,000 - $110,000
