Our family-owned flooring company is looking to establish our Commercial Department with a confident, proactive Sales Manager who thrives in competitive situations. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and we want our newest Commercial Flooring Expert to share our values and have the passion to take care of our customers.
Responsibilities:
Contact suppliers to set up our commercial merchandising
Bid and price projects
Make selections with customers and work with contractor budgets
Meet installers on-site to start projects and ensure the success of the project
Perform quality inspections as needed
Manage repairs and warranty issues
Tenant fit-outs and apartment turns
Maintain clean and organized vehicle and inventory samples, tools regularly
Follow up on A/R on your accounts
Qualifications:
Experience in multi-unit/commercial flooring sales is highly desirable
Ability to work on weekends and evenings as necessary
Must be ambitious and results-oriented
Ability to network and self-generate
Able to work independently without supervision
Excellent organizational skills and follow through with clients
Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
Knowledge of Microsoft products and ability to use mobile technology
Clean background check
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screening
