Dynaire a partner of Crete United a national HVAC service and installation company is looking to hire an experienced HVAC technician to troubleshoot, maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems. This is a full-time permanent position and offers many great benefits, including a generous bonus structure, hands-on training, Company Vehicle and room for growth within the organization.Pay: $25-$55 Per hour DOELocation: Mineola, NY areaHVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair various commercial and industrial heating and cooling systems (up to 70 tons applied and air chillers)
- Replace any heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment, or complete systems.
- Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and to detect and locate malfunctions.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of prior experience working as an HVAC technician or installer.
- Candidates must have an EPA certification that is up to date and valid.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge and understanding of HVAC service techniques.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- High School degree or equivalent.
