Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Commercial HVACR Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC/R Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical equipment and systems in assigned facilities. The ideal candidate will have teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.Commercial HVACR TechnicianLocation: Bolingbrook, ILPay Rate: $32-36/hr. (negotiable)Key Responsibilities
  • Operates, inspects, and maintains all HVACR, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain the most efficient operating results and life expectancy, especially with rack refrigeration.
  • Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.
Requirements
  • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance.
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Valid Driver's License.
SKILLED (at least 2): Refrigeration, Coolers, Freezers, Chillers, Walk-In, Walking coolers, Rack Refrigeration, Ice Machines, HVAC, Rooftop units.Benefits
