Technician Pay:$24-48/hr ($50,000-$100,000/year)Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9 Hour daysFriday is only a 4 hour day! On-call one weekend per month.Experience Required: Thompson Mechanical is seeking technicians who have experience installing, troubleshooting & servicing Commercial Kitchen Hotside Equipment, as well as HVAC/R equipment, systems & units. Minimum 2 years of experience required. EPA Universal (or EPA I & EPA II) certification is required. - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and Commercial refrigeration commercial equipment (I.E., Walk-In/Reach-In Coolers, Self Contained Units, Split Systems, Etc.) and Commercial Kitchen Equipment.
- Communicate status of repairs with customer and branch office.
- Accurately complete service calls in a timely manner.
- Monitor truck stock to insure required parts are stocked on vehicle.
- Meet reasonable on-call requirements.
- Communicate with branch office to order parts for repair
