You'll bring at least 2 years of experience in the commercial landscape industry, a valid driver's license, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Above all, you're proactive, organized, and always looking for ways to improve.What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like: Monthly Walkthroughs: Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest quality standards. Maintenance Scheduling: Keep everything running smoothly by managing and adjusting the crew's schedules. Irrigation Expertise: Inspect systems, manage irrigation clocks, and make sure the greens stay green. Creative Problem Solver: Lead resolutions with clients, always with a smile and a solution-oriented mindset. Enhancement Proposals: Identify opportunities for site improvements and present creative ideas. Safety-First Leadership: Maintain a safe environment for both the team and customers. Team Leadership & Support: Supervise crews, ensure clear communication, and develop strong working relationships with Crew Leaders. Service Delivery & Financial Management: Drive results by meeting service and financial goals. Site Audits and Leadership Participation: Play a key role in branch leadership and stay on top of site audits.
