Job Description: Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present Century Laundry's products and services, effectively communicating their features and benefits.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns to foster customer loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges within the territory.
  • Product Knowledge - Maintain a thorough understanding of our product design and operation. Must also demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and assist with installation and repairs.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software, providing regular updates to management.
Take ownership in our business results and your personal wellness. Performs other duties as assigned. Essential education, licenses, certifications, skills and experience needed for this position:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the commercial laundry industry or a related sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a designated territory.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Competencies: Exceptional oral and written communication skills Strong computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Knowledge in sales, marketing, and customer service functions. Solid presentation and negotiation skills in a variety of settings. Relationship builder.
