Description:Job Title: Leasing Manager - Apartment CommunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team at our Apartment Community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leasing and managing residential properties.Responsibilities:- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing, showing apartments, and processing applications- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activity and resident information- Rent Collections- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies- Conduct regular market surveys to stay informed of local rental rates and trendsPM21Requirements:Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing and property management preferred- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations preferredMust be able to work Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.We offer a competitive wage and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
