The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Account Executive or to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Uniondale, NY. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This can be an in-office or remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of clients commercial insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration.
- Service and market a main street book of business consisting of account with premiums up to $25K
- Participate in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
- Assist clients with questions and issue resolution
- Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years, CL account service experience.
- An active brokers license is required.
- A strong working knowledge of the NY market place and coverage in all areas.
- Well versed in servicing and marketing including a working knowledge of coverage and forms.
- AMS, IR and excel preferred.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- Strong time management skills
Benefits:
- Salary: $80,000- $95,000/yr.
