You enjoy and are up for a challenge!Job Summary:This individual will proactively manage the overall workflow and life cycle for an assigned book of business. This person will act as the primary client relationship manager with responsibility for overall account servicing and maintenance to new and existing Commercial Lines clients. This individual is the day-to-day contact with the client and will service all requests including policy changes, inquiries, renewals, and billing. This role strictly adheres to our Corporate Standards of Excellence and procedural guidelines spelled out in our Professional Procedure Manual.This position has flexibility on office location and could be located in any one of our offices throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, or Connecticut. Hybrid/remote schedule is also a possibility for this position.What you bring to the table:
- 3+ Years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance, preferably at an agency.
- Producer License is Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in relative field preferred, or equivalent in work experience
- Expertise in Commercial Lines coverage and terminology
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and operate in an ever-changing environment is critical
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- CIC, CISR or other insurance designation or related for insurance specialty preferred
- Fluency in MS office products
