Commercial Lines Account Manager
: Job Details :

The Business Insurance Account Manager is responsible for assisting clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts; meet service and sales delivery standards; and perform essential functions to the quality and service standards developed by the agency.

The responsibilities include day-to-day maintenance and servicing of accounts, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining a high level of client service and satisfaction
• Marketing & placement of new and renewal accounts as appropriate
• Achieving agency account retention goals through proactive account rounding, up-selling of limits and coverages, and by providing extraordinary client service.

Full -Time Monday through Friday- 8:30am 5:00pm
