What You'll Do:

  • Client Relationship Leadership: Manage a select group of high-profile Commercial Lines clients, delivering outstanding service and proactive support.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and implement improvements to optimize workflows, boost productivity, and enhance departmental operations.
  • Growth Advocate: Play a key role in helping us meet and exceed agency goals, while driving a culture of success and performance excellence.
  • Client Experience Leader: Elevate client service experience, ensuring an exceptional journey from start to finish.
  • Carrier Relationship Expert: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with insurance carriers to enhance service offerings and coverage options.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in Commercial Lines insurance, with a demonstrated history of success.
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applied Epic is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in a cooperative environment and enjoys supporting the success of others.
  • Solution-Oriented: A quick thinker who is focused on solving problems and delivering exceptional customer service.
