Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Account Service Manager to join our remote team. The main objective of this position is to manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. This position is fully remote!!Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates all on-demand and renewal cert issuance
- Completes change request ordering from carrier
- Processes audits that are not premium bearing or do not have a large increase (send other audits to AM/Producer)
- Sends all policies to be checked by third party vendor
- Checks endorsements from carrier for accuracy
- Processes cancellations
- Handles escalating premium bearing change requests and audits to AM Completes MVR requests for underwriting only
- Orders loss runs when requested Performs other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience
- High School Diploma; Bachelors Degree preferred
- Active P&C license
- Proficiency in AMS360 and Imageright is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely
