Maxwell Brooks is assisting a well-regarded New York firm in its search to have a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney join its Long-Island team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Commercial litigation experience across a broad range of industries/matters in New York City, Westchester and/or Long Island;
• Significant trial preparation experience required; first or second chair trial experience is a plus;
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills;
• Admission to New York bar required.
