Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience handling commercial litigation matters
• Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong organizational, research, writing and analytical skills.
• Clerkship experience is a bonus
• JD required
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
