????About the Role:Commercial Litigation Attorney
- Overseeing and managing various stages of commercial litigation cases, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Conducting thorough legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
- Communicating with clients to gather information, provide updates, and discuss strategy.
