The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of complex, business litigation experience, including the following:
--Experience with New York State Court and Federal Court practice.
--Experience with drafting pleadings and motions, as well as experience with discovery practice, including e-discovery.
--Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks and deadlines effectively.
--Admission to the New York State Bar. New Jersey admission is an added PLUS.
