About the Practice- The commercial litigation practice group work on a wide variety of matters including:

• Bank Defense
• Commercial Foreclosure and Real Estate Litigation
• Consumer Finance Litigation
• Employment Law
• Environmental Advice and Litigation
• Fiduciary Litigation
• Merchant Bank Credit Card Processing Claims
• Securities Litigation and Arbitration

Any Attorneys with 1-4 years of commercial litigation experience are encouraged to apply!
