- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

- Lead full litigation lifecycle, from case inception through to trial, including managing pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities
- Conduct depositions and lead complex discovery processes to secure essential evidence for case advancement
- Participate in mediations and negotiations, leveraging strong communication skills to achieve favorable dispute resolutions
- Handle high-profile litigation against other attorneys, employing innovative strategies to navigate legal challenges
