Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist to our Team! This position may work from our Canfield, Wooster, or Wheeling Office locations.
Ideal Candidates Will Have: - Previous commercial lending administration experience, including an understanding of commercial underwriting;
- Experience in a heavily regulated environment with knowledge of Reg B, Reg O, Reg Z in particular;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a paperless environment
- Appraisal and review experience
- Excellent math skills
- Prior experience with software systems like OnBase, LaserPro, Microsoft Office at at least an intermediate level - bonus points for advanced skills; and Adobe Acrobat Pro
