Job Description:

I am looking to speak with Commercial Loan Documentation Specialists, to join the Loan Administration Department of a highly reputable bank. The Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for the timely completion of commercial loan documentation assignments, data input as required, and other tasks to complete the commercial loan origination process. This includes ensuring all loan approvals are completed timely, accurately and within all policy, procedure, regulatory and safety and soundness banking standards. The Loan Documentation Specialist communicates with the loan officers, appraisers, title agencies, and customers as needed. This person will provide reporting as required, and sufficient, quality service to internal and internal customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Loan Documentation; experienced in documenting simple and complex commercial loan transactions.
  • Knowledge of industry standard loan processing parameters.
  • Coordinate loan closings.
  • Reconciling loan closing disbursements.
  • Assembling and organizing closed loan files.
  • Assists other administrators to facilitate loan closings.
  • Administrative functions.
  • Enter commercial loans into Laser Pro servicing system.
  • Prepare loan extensions, modifications & renewals.
  • Prepare disbursement checks, draw requests and loan payments.
  • Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, and all applicable State and Federal banking regulations.

You will possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
