The Role: Commercial Logistics Manager The Commercial Logistics Manager is pivotal in orchestrating an unparalleled delivery experience, ensuring that every POLYWOOD productwhether for residential or commercial projectsreaches its destination not just intact, but in a manner that enhances our brands commitment to excellence. This role is at the forefront of refining our logistics and supply chain strategies, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation. You will also collaborate with teams on high-profile commercial projects, ensuring that every client receives the delivery experience they deserve. What Youll Do Elevate Supplier Partnerships: Cultivate deep, enduring relationships with logistics suppliers, ensuring they share and uphold our vision of service excellence, including for large-scale commercial installations. Expand & Diversify Supplier Network: Establish a network of regional and national white glove suppliers. Strategic Negotiations: Shape negotiations to secure advantageous terms that reflect our dedication to quality and efficiency, particularly in handling high-volume commercial projects. Complex Delivery Coordination: Lead complex delivery of large-scale Commercial orders with tight delivery windows and white glove requirements. Performance Mastery: Deploy rigorous metrics and feedback systems to continuously elevate the performance standards of our white glove delivery services for both residential and commercial clients. Seamless Operational Harmony: Integrate supplier operations seamlessly into our broader distribution model, ensuring timing and execution that aligns with our standards, especially when managing commercial projects. Innovative Supplier Onboarding: Identify and assimilate new suppliers who are not just participants but true partners in our journey towards redefining luxury in sustainability across residential and commercial landscapes. Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize analytics to steer strategic decisions, optimizing our processes and setting new benchmarks in white glove management, with a focus on both consumer and commercial growth. Champion for Customers: Ensure every white glove supplier interaction is a reflection of our brand's core values of exceptional service and customer satisfaction, whether for individual clients or commercial partners. What Were Looking For Academic & Professional Credentials: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a closely related field. Significant industry experience is a valued complement, especially in managing commercial logistics. Proven Expertise: A minimum of 5-7 years in leadership roles within white glove management, procurement, or supply chain management, particularly within sectors dealing with high-value, environmentally sensitive products, including large-scale commercial projects. Skill Set: Exceptional negotiation skills, stellar relationship management capabilities, and acute analytical acumen.
