The ideal candidate will have current / recent experience in Abu Dhabi and have a proven track record of success in managing and growing commercial operations in the region.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and profitabilityNegotiate and manage contracts with clientsOversee the financial performance of the commercial teamManage all aspects of the sales and marketing process, including lead generation, qualifying opportunities / business developmentDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersQualifications / ExperienceBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying10+ years of experience in a Senior Commercial / Commercial management roleMUST have extensive experience working in Abu Dhabi and have existing relationships with Developers / clients in the emirate.Proven track record of success in driving growth and profitabilityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefitsCompetitive salary of circa 50-55k AED per month + flight allowance and private medical cover.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing companyChance to make a significant contribution to the company's successAbout the Company
