**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Paint Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial paint estimating, with excellent skills in business development and relationship building. This role requires local travel, attendance at industry events, and the ability to effectively sell our services to potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform detailed and accurate estimates for commercial painting projects.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial painting industry.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and generate leads.

- Prepare and present proposals and bids to potential clients.

- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimates.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

- Ensure all estimates and proposals are completed on time and meet company standards.

- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on all leads and proposals.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial paint estimating.

- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within the industry.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel locally and attend industry events as required.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
