Qualifications and Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Service Plumber
- Proven expertise in commercial plumbing service across various settings, including office buildings, medical and healthcare facilities, industrial sites, and distribution centers
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plumbing fixtures, such as faucets, toilets, flush valves, instant hot water heaters, boilers, and sump pumps
- Drain cleaning and jetting experience is essential
- Proficient in working with water, irrigation, and gas piping, including PVC, copper, black pipe, and galvanized pipe
- Experience with pump systems, including recirculation pumps, booster pumps, and both duplex and triplex sump pumps
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial water heaters and boilers
- Availability for a rotating 24-hour service schedule (one week every six weeks), with additional pay for on-call services
- Must safely operate a service truck, which needs to be stored at home in a secure location (driveway or garage only; no street parking)
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as project demands arise
- Experience interacting with commercial clients is a must; we value personable and professional candidates.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $37$45 per hour, based on your skills and experience
- Monthly Performance Bonuses: Incentives for outstanding performance
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to a $10,000, payable at the 6-month employment mark for well qualified candidates.

Compliance Requirements
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.
