Note: The hourly rate for this position is $28 - $38 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

* HIGHLY PREFERRED CRIETERIA: CURRENT, VALID PLUMBERS LICENSE IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE

* Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and gas piping.

* Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.

* Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and other plumbing systems.

* Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

* Diagnose plumbing issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments.

* Collaborate with other trades to ensure efficient installation of systems.

* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a plumber in commercial construction projects.

* Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems and materials (e.g., PVC, CPVC, copper, PEX, cast iron).

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics. Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.

* Physical ability to handle plumbing tools and work in various positions, including standing, bending, and lifting.

* Must have personal hand tools and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

* Relevant plumbing certifications or licenses are required.

* Reliable transportation to the job site.
