- Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial properties.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Inspecting plumbing systems to identify and address leaks, blockages, and other issues.
- Collaborating with contractors and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Adhering to safety protocols, including OSHA and fall protection guidelines.
- Keeping accurate records of work performed, including material usage and project progress.
- Participating in training and development programs to stay current with industry best practices.
- Operating company vehicles for project-related travel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing is required.
- Proficiency in installing and repairing various plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements, including OSHA regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. (Preferred)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

Work Schedule:
