Grundfos CBS Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial & Pricing Excellence Manager.This role involves collaborating closely with the CBS Americas team to enhance pricing strategies, aiming to boost profitability and market share. The manager will lead regional commercial excellence efforts, working with the sales organization to meet all COMEX (Commercial Excellence) KPIs.
Reporting directly to the Senior Regional Sales Director, CBS Americas, this position can be based anywhere in the US but preferably in Brookshire,TX. Please note that relocation assistance is not available, and candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support.
Your main responsibilities :
Develop and oversee the regional pricing strategy.
Lead the annual price increase and list price process.
Provide training and guidance to the sales team on optimizing pricing and profitability.
Measure and report monthly on pricing results, ensuring the annual net price impact aligns with budget commitments.
Offer strategic pricing guidance based on competitive market information.
Manage the region's commercial excellence initiatives and act as the primary contact for the global COMEX team.
Ensure all regional COMEX KPIs are met through the sales organization.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
At least 5 years of experience in directing pricing initiatives within a manufacturing business.
A bachelor's degree in business or a technical field is recommended.
Proven experience in implementing commercial excellence initiatives within a sales organization.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other pricing tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
