Job Title: Project Manager
Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final delivery. The Project Manager will serve as a critical link between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Monitor on-site progress and quality, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Enforce safety standards and compliance with OSHA and company regulations.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other financial documents.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a history of successfully completed projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes.
