About Our Client Our client is a leading general contractor in Georgia's construction market, specializing in healthcare projects. They have built a strong reputation locally and have successfully completed work for some of the most prestigious hospital systems in the Southeast.
Job Description This Project Manager will oversee the construction of hospitals, ensuring adherence to strict healthcare regulations, safety standards, and project timelines. Responsibilities include the following:
- Oversee the entire construction process of ground-up hospital projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports, to keep stakeholders informed and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel on site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations.

The Successful Applicant - Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrates a track record of successfully managing ground-up hospital construction projects, showcasing expertise in overseeing complex builds from inception to completion.
- MUST have experience working as a Project Manager for a general contractor
- Exhibits strong leadership and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success and compliance with standards.
- Shows proficiency in project management tools and software, adept at scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes while adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
- Displays a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic construction environment.
