Description
Commercial Project Managers supervise construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Caesarstone's Commercial Project Managers have a understanding of the construction business and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment are important for career success.
Maintain project integrity and mutual interaction between channel partners. While focusing on reducing risk, minimizing costs and expediting progress. Including but not limited to:
* Efficient coordination of project-based activities, including job scheduling/planning activities
* Company liaison with stakeholders and cross functional teams
* Plan and establish steps to mitigate operational issues
* New Project Set-up and scope assessments. Project planning
* Conduct Kick-off meetings; establish a foundation for successful projects
* Conduct site visits to monitor quality and progress
* Create project milestones
* Track and Manage material acquisitions and preparedness for project milestones
* Generate and track payment applications for Customers
* Review and approve payment requisitions from Vendors
The Project Manager function is essential to the successful operation of projects. He/she must have the following qualifications:
* A thorough knowledge and background in the construction industry. Countertop specific experience is a plus
* Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
* Proven Project Management knowledge and experience.
* Ability to develop project plans
* Experience and ability implementing techniques and good practices for project execution
* Ability to utilize construction documents and software related to trade. Ability to make accurate material assessments; understand and communicate effective material logistics as related to trade
* Knowledge of a Value Chain and an ability to identify the Critical Path to project completion
* Aptitude to Mitigate conflicts; Ensure project delivery and effectively close out a project
* Maintain a high degree of integrity
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Critical-thinker and problem-solver
Requirements
* Over three (3) years of specific experience in a construction project manager role
* Alternatively, BS degree in construction management or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, architecture, engineering or related field, plus three (3) years of experience in a construction project manager role
* High level of ability using Microsoft Office applications. Expert Excel and outlook experience is an advantage
* SlabSmith or similar software experience is an advantage
* Estimating experience is an advantage
* 20% travel to job site locations along the US East Coast, and MidWest

The base range for this position is $73-$91K plus team result based performance bonus opportunities.
