Requirements:

• Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines, policies, and procedures specific to commercial lines of insurance, specifically Florida market
• Knowledge of local, state, and national insurance laws and regulations, as well as compliance requirements specific to commercial insurance
• Comfortable working with data, including financials, risk scores, and market trends to make informed decisions

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years P&C underwriting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders effectively
• Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional designations (e.g., CPCU, ARM, ARe) are required
