We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to develop new business in Dallas. This position is responsible for generating new business for Grand Pacific and cultivating relationships with prospects. Responsibilities:

Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans

Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs

Establish relationships with loan brokers

Determine appropriate loan structures and pricing

Analyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknesses

Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations

Coordinate with all parties to facilitate loan closing, as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum 2 years of commercial lending experience required

Experience in construction loans preferred

Ability to analyze financial statements

Must be familiar with the real estate market in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio

Strong credit analysis and accounting background

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong client relations skills

Compensation:

$100,000 at plan earnings
