Spherion has partnered with a leading firm in the Brazos Valley seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Manager to oversee the acquisition, leasing, and management of commercial properties. This role involves negotiating contracts, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring that properties meet financial performance goals. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property management practices.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the leasing, acquisition, and sale of commercial properties.Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders.Prepare, review, and negotiate lease agreements and contracts.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess property performance.Monitor financial performance, including budgets, expenses, and profitability of properties.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.Coordinate property maintenance, renovations, and repairs as needed.Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Experience managing multiple properties or a real estate portfolio.Education:BachelorsExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:Proven experience in commercial real estate management or a related field.Strong understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and financial principles.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze market trends and financial data.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Bachelor???s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.Real Estate Broker???s License or equivalent certification.Apply today!#wka123Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
