Job DescriptionCommercial Roofing Service Manager You'll be responsible for selling new work, as well as supporting our existing customer base. You'll also be estimating and project managing the jobs in your area, and will be the manager of the field employees that are based at your location. Commercial Roof Service Manager Compensation: A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive base salary along with the benefits listed below:

Salary: TBD, Negotiable with the hiring manager. All offers will be made on a 90-day trial basis. After 90 days of work, there will be a performance evaluation to determine whether or not you are a good fit for the position. Support and Resources:

- The full-time safety department will help monitor safety and provide necessary training.
Requirements: What we look for in new team members:
- 3-5 years commercial roofing experience and 3 years of sales/customer service experience (roofing-commercial construction preferred).
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good at building relationships.
- Positive/solution-based approach to challenges.
- Work ethics.
- Genuine desire to better those around you.
